Book Review - Chaos Walking Triology

The Chaos Walking Triology by Patrick Ness, is a story about a boy and his dog who are settlers on a new planet hundreds of kilometers away from earth but suddenly have to leave town beacuse of immenant danger caused by something unknown to the duo. The story is their journey to Haven the city where there is cure for the noise and safety.

I really enjoyed the first two books of this series as there was constant activity and changes in the plot but the third book was unlike the first two. It seemed to be very repetitive and boring - like the author was dragging it out to much. Two books would have been suficient. The ending was written really well as it left lots of thinking to be done by the reader. It made the reader think about what happened after the story finished and what would have happened if one small event hadn't happened.

I think that the author was trying to show us that persistance always pays off no matter how long it takes and that there is alwaays light at the end of the tunnel.

Overall I really enjoyed this series so I gave it a 4/5 and would recommend that you also read it.
